If you live in the City of Melville then the zoning of your property may have just changed!On the 17th of February 2016 Amendment 71 to the Community Planning Scheme was published in the government gazette, meaning the changes have been approved. The zoning changes were effective immediately. We have attached details of the amendment as well as the zoning map.
